Richard Otterstad was a three sport athlete while at BSU. He lettered in Football, Basketball, and Track from 1940-1943, 1946-1947. Richard was recognized as an Four time All-NIC player in Football. Was awarded in 1946 NIC Football MVP. NAIA National BB Participant. After his successful career at BSU Richard became a High School Cape Coach. His overall Record was 73-32. After his coaching career he became an Educator & Businessman.
