Bill Howe was a multi sport athlete at his time at BSU. He lettered in Football, from 1948-1951. Also Bill lettered in Hockey, from 1948-1950. After his athletic career at BSU he became a President BSU Foundation from 1973-1978 . Was on the Bemidji School Board Member for 3 Years. 1976 Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient. Bill made significant Contributions in Establishment of two Bemidji Ice Facilities. Became the President of Northern National Bank. Board Member State Independent Bankers.
