Bemidji State University

At his time at BSU, John lettered in Baseball, 1951. After his BSU career he coached Football, from 1962-1980.  His team won Football Conference Champions (Mid-State Conference) 10 years. Football Central Gopher Champions, 1971, 1973, 1977.  John then became an Athletic Director, from 1975-1990.
