Eugene was a three-sport athlete as he lettered in Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. He was named Conference Long Jump Champion, in 1940. Was the High Jump Champion, in 1946. Holds the record at BSU University for most points in a Track Meet. Eugene was a Fighter & Test Pilot USAF in WWII. Korean conflict, Achieving Rank of Lt. Colonel.  M.A. & Ph.D. University of Iowa.  Research in Athletic Performance.  Professor and Graduate Dean Emeritus - East Stroudsburg University.
