Jack Buckley at his time at BSU was a multi sport athlete. He lettered in Football, from 1949-52. Also lettered in Basketball, 1952. Lead NIC in Scoring, 1950-51. Total Offence, 1949, 1950, 1951. Jack was awarded in 1951 the Glen Galligan Award Recipient for MVP in NIC. After his time at BSU Jack became the principal of Owattonna State School. Chairman Itasca Day Activity Center.
