Paula Bruss Bauck was a 1942 Physical Education Graduate at BSU. After her time at BSU she became a coach for track and her team was State Track Champions, 1973, 1974, 1975. Due to her success as a coach she was named Coach of the Year, 1973, 1974, 1975. Member of Committee that wrote Original State Girls Sports Regulations. MAHPER President, 1972. Was awarded the Award Life Membership in MSCAGS. Noted Physical Education Instructor.
